Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 avocado
  • 24 tablespoons avocado
  • peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread in toaster to desired darkness
  2. Thinly slice avocado
  3. Spread Peanut butter on toast
  4. Arrange avocado slices on toast to cover peanut butter
  5. Garnish and enjoy

Mashed Peanut Butter Avocado Toast

  1. Toast the bread in toaster to desired darkness
  2. Mash avocado in small bowl until smooth
  3. Spread Peanut butter on toast
  4. Spoon avocado mash on top of peanut butter and evenly spread out with spoon
  5. Garnish and enjoy
