Ingredients

  • 2 (6 ounce) mahi mahi fillets, thawed
  • avocado oil or olive oil spray
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning

Seasoning Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

1. Pat the mahi mahi fillets dry with a paper towel, and spray a light coating of oil over them on both sides.

2. Combine the spices together in a small dish and then season both sides of the mahi mahi

3. Place the fillets into the air fryer basket or rack, and cook on 400 degrees F. for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until they’re fully cooked and flake easily (+/- 1 to 2 minutes may be needed depending on the thickness of the fillets you’re using)

4. Remove the fillets from the air fryer and serve in tacos, over rice bowls with toppings such as guacamole or diced avocado, pico, shredded lettuce or slaw, or a black bean and corn salsa, or simply on its own with roasted vegetables
